how we work
Six steps, in this order. You keep ownership of every account and every piece of tracking throughout, including if you decide to stop.
-
discovery
A conversation about what the business sells, who buys it, and what a good month looks like in numbers. If the work is not a fit, this is where that gets said.
-
audit and access
Existing accounts, tracking and search presence are reviewed before anything is changed. You keep ownership of every account throughout.
-
setup
The one-off build: account structure, tracking, campaigns or technical fixes, depending on the channels agreed. This is the work that makes the monthly management worth paying for.
-
launch
Campaigns go live, or technical changes ship. Conversion tracking is verified end to end first, because reporting on numbers you have not checked is worse than not reporting.
-
monthly management
Ongoing optimisation, testing and budget management.
-
reporting
A monthly report in plain language covering what was done, what it cost, what it returned, and what happens next. Written to be read by you, not by another agency.
the terms we work to
you hold the accounts
Every advertising account, tracking property and dashboard created for you is created in your name and stays in your name, including if you decide to stop. Where an existing asset is licensed to someone else, that is identified at audit rather than promised away.
spend goes straight to the platform
Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. It never passes through us.
one-off setup, then monthly
The build is done once, properly, before anything runs. Management is then monthly, on a minimum term of four months, and month to month after that.
everything in writing
Scope, exclusions, the account structure, and a monthly report covering what was done, what it cost, what can be attributed, and what happens next.
no guarantees
No guaranteed rankings, and no results promised before your data has been seen. No one can honestly offer either.
a fit is established first
Discovery exists to establish what would have to be true for the work to pay for itself, and whether your numbers support starting. If they do not, that is said before any invoice is raised.
