What each one includes, and what it does not

the terms we work to

you hold the accounts

Every advertising account, tracking property and dashboard created for you is created in your name and stays in your name, including if you decide to stop. Where an existing asset is licensed to someone else, that is identified at audit rather than promised away.

spend goes straight to the platform

Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. It never passes through us.

one-off setup, then monthly

The build is done once, properly, before anything runs. Management is then monthly, on a minimum term of four months, and month to month after that.

everything in writing

Scope, exclusions, the account structure, and a monthly report covering what was done, what it cost, what can be attributed, and what happens next.

no guarantees

No guaranteed rankings, and no results promised before your data has been seen. No one can honestly offer either.

a fit is established first

Discovery exists to establish what would have to be true for the work to pay for itself, and whether your numbers support starting. If they do not, that is said before any invoice is raised.

questions worth asking first

What happens in the first month?

Setup comes first. Existing accounts, tracking and search presence are audited, tracking is implemented and its test events checked, and the account structure is written down. Campaigns that are already running and performing keep running; anything else waits until the numbers it reports against can be relied on.

How do you decide which channels the budget goes to?

From your numbers, not from a rule of thumb. Search captures demand that already exists. Social platforms can both build demand and re-reach people who have already shown interest. LinkedIn targets by company, function, seniority and skills rather than by a single job title. What decides the split is your economics, your sales cycle, the creative you have, and how large a reachable audience each platform actually offers. It is agreed at discovery and revisited monthly.

How will we know whether it is working?

One metric that matters is agreed before launch, usually cost per qualified enquiry or cost per sale. Tracking is implemented and its test events verified, and the gaps are written down rather than glossed over: consent choices, browser restrictions, cross-device journeys and offline sales all mean some conversions are modelled rather than observed. The monthly report records what was done, what it cost, what can be attributed, and what happens next.

Do you work in our existing accounts or start again?

Audit first, then keep whatever is working. Campaigns carrying useful conversion data are usually worth more than a clean rebuild, so a rebuild happens only where the existing structure prevents proper management. Account age on its own is not the same as useful data. Accounts and properties created for you are created in your name.

Why is the minimum term four months?

Four months is the contract minimum we work to. The reason for having a minimum at all is that a single month of data usually cannot separate a real change from normal variation, paid campaigns need complete testing cycles before they conclude anything, and technical and content work has to be crawled and reassessed before it shows. Four is where we set it for the general case. Some accounts, particularly high-volume ones, show usable signal sooner.
